Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods 58 patients undergoing total hip replacement were randomly assigned to receive care with clinical nursing pathway (study group, 29 patients) or conventional nursing (control group, 29 patients). Results As compared with the control group, hospital stay was shortened, and satisfaction degree and ability of self-care were increased in the study group; there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway to patients undergoing total hip replacement can promote recovery in the patients and improve nursing quality.关键词
