摘要

Abstract

Diamond bit with double-layer waterway and ultra-high matrix has advantage in wire line coring drilling of deep hard rocks. According to detection data of CUG-2drilling parameter monitoring system, the paper analyzed the down-hole wear and tear process, advantage and disadvantage of diamond bit with double-layer waterway and ultra-high matrix. The results indicated that the service life of the bit was nearly twice longer than that of conventional diamond bit, but its down-hole wear and tear process was more complicated than that of cast bit.Some suggestions for structure improvement of the bit were put forward at the same time.
