Abstract
Hollow carbon nanoparticles with particle size of 20 nm-40 nm have been synthesized in a metal-containing system using N, N-dimethyllformamide (DMF) as the carbon source via detonation-assisted chemical vapor deposition. More significantly, it was found that hollow carbon nanoparticles can be self-assembled synthesized without metal catalyst. In this process, the structures and sizes of the carbon nanoparticles are heavily depending on the ratio of explosive and carbon source. If the ratio of expolsive : DMF is appropriate, hollow carbon nanoparticles are over 95%, and their particle size is around 10 nm with a narrow size distribution.关键词
