自体原位肝移植大鼠急性肾损伤的研究
Acute Kidney Injury after Orthotopic Liver Autotransplantation in SD Rat Model

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate function and pathological change in kidney after orthotopic liver autotransplantation in the SD rat model.[Methods]Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (Group C, n = 8) and model group (Group M).According to the time of liver repedusion, the rats in Group M were divided into 4 h after reperfusion (Group M1, n =8), 8 h after reperfusion (Group M2, n = 8), 16 h after repedusion (Group M3, n = 8), 24 h after repedusion (Group M4, n = 8).Group C received sham operation after anesthesia, which involved laparotomy and vascular dissection.Rats in other groups received orthotopic liver autotransplantation.Left kidneys were removed and blood sample was collected at 4 h, 8 h, 16 h, and 24 h after reperfusion depending on different groups.Concentrations of Serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and pathological changes were detected.[Results]In model groups, morphological damage in kidney was significant when comparing to group C especially at 8 hour after reperfusion.Kidneys showed inflammatory cell infiltration in renal interstitium, tubular dilatation, degeneration of tubular epithelial cell, necrosis, tubular lumen obstruction after reperfusion.The most significant pathological damage was detected at 8h after reperfusion.Kidneys were showed repair of pathological damage at 16 h after repedusion.Furthermore, elevated concentrations of Cr and BUN in model groups were observed and peaked at 16 h after repedusion, then concentrations of Scr and BUN were dropped to baseline at 24 h after reperfusion.[Conclusion]Funcion and pathological change in kidney were significant after orthotopic liver autotransplantation in the SD rat model.关键词
