水通道蛋白4和高迁移率族蛋白1在晚期胃癌中的表达
Expression of Aquaporin-4(AQP4)and High Mobility Group box-1(HMGB1)in Stage IV Gastric Carcinoma

Abstract
[Objective]To detect the expression of HMGB1 and AQP4 in stage Ⅳ gastric carcinoma and to explore their clinical significance.[Methods]Sixty samples were selected from stage Ⅳ gastric carcinoma patients treated with FOLFOX or PLF chemotherapy regimen.The expression of AQP4 and HMGB1 were determined by immunohistochemical analysis.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was taken for the relation among HMGB1, progression-free survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS).[Results]The expression of AQP4 was detected in 3 of 60 gastric carcinoma (5％), which was signiticantly lower than those in normal gastric mucosa (60/60,100％).The expression of HMGB1 was detected in 18 (30％, 13 from FOLFOX group and 5 from PLF group) of 60 gastric carcinoma.There was no significance between HMGB1 negative and positive groups in progression-free survival and overall survival time.[Conclusion]AQP4 and HMGB1 selectively expressed in advanced stage gastric carcinoma.Further study is necessary to explore their clinical significance in a large sample.关键词
