摘要
Abstract
Antimicrobial resistance of bacteria is a serious problem worldwide. It has become the difficulty of anti-infection that multidrug-resistance (MDR) and drug wide-resistance (DWR) gram-negative bacteria are increasing year and year. Alarm has been knolled again on the emerging of Gram-negative pathogens producing the NDM-1 worldwide in 2010. NDM-1 is a new metallo-carbapenemase which is highly resistant to all antibiotics, and has been mostly found among Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneurnoniae. Infections of MDR and DWR Enterobacteriaceae can be effectively treated with tigecycline, polymyxin and fosfomycin on clinic trail. Prevention is very important for reducing the occurring and spreading of MDR and DWR bacteria.关键词
