摘要

Abstract

p-Aminophenol is a commercially important chemical and medical intermediate. Among the preparation routes of p-aminophenol, catalytic hydrogenation of p-nitrophenol to p-aminophenol has some remarkable advantages, such as simple synthesis process, high-quality products and friendliness to environment, therefore this process has a good prospect. This paper reviews the recent research progress of the catalysts used in p-nitrophenol hydrogenation. The preparation of p-aminophenol through the process coupling catalysis and membrane separation is highlighted, and its developmental trend is also discussed.
