Abstract
The mortality rate of hepatitis gravis in pregnancy is high and the treatment is difficult.For hepatitis gravis in late pregnancy, early identification and transportation should be emphasized; the prognosis will be better if patients are transferred to a qualified hospital before delivery and before reaching the standard of hepatitis gravis when the condition is fair.Optimum opportunity should be chosen to terminate pregnancy in time after the situation has been stabilized by intensive treatment.Caesarean section plus subtotal hysterectomy is the better delivery mode.关键词
