摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the placental vascular structure of monozygotic twins. Methods Cast the placental vascellum of 10 monozygotic twins that delivered at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College in 2008,scanning the 3 placentas of dichorionic twins and 1 placenta of monochorionic twins that had been successfully cast by 128 row CT, analyzing the recombination three-dimensional image of the cast placental vascellum by work station at last. Results In dichorionic twins, the two fetuses have their vascular system respectively. There are various types of vascular anastomosis between two fetuses in monochorionic twins. Conclusion The placental vascular structure of monochorionic twins is worth studying further that can instruct the diagnosis and treatment of the twin-to-twin blood transfer syndrome.关键词
