花式280与宫铜300宫内节育器临床效果比较
Clinical study of HCu280 and Cu300 intrauterine devices
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the contraceptive effectiveness,feasibility and acceptability of two kinds of copper intrauterine device(HCu280 and GT300) in one year. Methods Clinical data were analyzed with prospective randomized study ,2140 Gansu rural married women of child-bearing age were brought into this study between July 1 of 2007 and Dec.31 of 2008,HCu280 and GT300 each place 1070 cases. And the follow-up rate of one-year later was 100. 00％. Results the cumulative continuation rates in the 12 months for HCu280 and GT300 were 97.57 per 100 women and 97.66 per 100 women,the cumulative pregnancy rates were 0.19 per 100 women and 0.47 per 100 women,the expulsion or moves rate were 1.51 per 100 women and 1.69 per 100 women,the cumulative discontinuation rate were 2. 43 per 100 women and 2.34 per 100 women,the cumulative rates of removal for the side reaction were 0. 65 per 100 women and 0. 37 per 100 women,bleeding and ache was the most common adverse event. Conclusions Standard application HCu280 and GT300 can effectively improve the use of contraceptives. HCu280 and GT300 are effective for contraception. They are worthy of wide spreading in rural areas.关键词
