摘要
Abstract
Characterized by rapid deterioration and high jeopardy, acute heart failure in pregnancy is one of the dominant reasons resulting in maternal, fetal and neonatal death. Main clinical manifestations of acute left heart failure are acute severe dyspnea, cyanosis, cough, and cough with pink frothy sputum.Main clinical manifestations of acute right heart failure are low-pressure status and cardiac shock. Primary urgent therapies of acute heart failure are removing etiologies and precipitating factors, medications (including digoxin, diuretic and vasodilator), and termination of pregnancy according to gestational weeks and maternal and fetal conditions.关键词
