蚕豆中黄曲霉毒素B1提取方法的研究
The Study of Aflatoxin B1 Extraction from Bean
摘要
Abstract
This study focused on the high performance liquid chromatography method for rapid detection of AFB1 in broad bean.The authors investigated the separation and detection effect of AFB1 at different times, different ultrasonic power and the different concentrations of methanol, used response surface design to discuss the interaction of different conditions. The optimum parameters are:49.90％-50. 35％ ethanol concentration, extraction time 6.09-6. 22 min, 95. 2％-97. 1％ ultrasonic power. The paper presents a simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible method to determine AFB1.关键词
