Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for concentration determination of mirtazapine in human serum.METHODS:RP-HPLC was adopted.An Intersil ODS-SP column was used with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01mol·L-1 ammonium acetate(30∶ 70).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and fluorescence detection wavelength λcx at 290 nm and λcm at 350 nm.Metoprolol was used as internal standard.RESULTS: Mirtazapine showed a good linearity in range of 1.852~900 μg·L-1(r=0.999 1).The relative recovery and extraction recovery for mirtazapine were 94.8%~104.0% and 97.8%~106.3%.The intra-day RSD was less than 13 % and inter-day RSD was less than 8%.The minimal detectable concentration was 1.852 μg· L-1.CONCLUSION: This method is sensitive, simple, rapid and accurate for clinical pharmacokinetic study and plasma concentration monitoring of mirtazapine.关键词
