Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Semi-bionic Enzyme from Water-soluble Component of Salvia miltiorrhiza of Fangling by Orthogonal Test
目的:优选半仿生-纤维素酶提取法提取房陵丹参水溶性成分最佳工艺条件.方法:以丹酚酸B得率、总酚酸得率和干浸膏收率的综合评分为指标,以酶用量、酶解时间、料液比为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺.结果:最佳提取工艺为水解酶用量3mg·g-1,酶解时间2h,料液比1:22.结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可为房陵丹参后续研究提供理论基础.
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the semi-bionic enzyme extraction technology of water-soluble component of Salvia miltiorrhiza of Fangling. METHODS: The extraction technology of S. miltiorrhiza was optimized by orthogonal design using the field of salvianolic acid B, total phenolic acid and dry extract as index and the amount of enzyme, enzymolysis duration and ratio of liquid to material as factors.
