FTIR Spectral Characteristics Identification of 11 Nutlet Species of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To identify nutlet species of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) rapidly and accurately. METHODS: FTIR method which was characterized with high resolution ratio, good reproducibility and quick determination speed was used to analyze 11 nutlet species of TCM without extraction and separation. RESULTS: The results showed that there were some common IR spectral characteristics in these nutlet species of TCM, each of them had their distinct IR fingerprint region. These spectral characteristics were of significance to the identification of nutlet species of TCM and the study of the relationship between genera. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the identification of drugs.关键词
