Content Determination of Geniposide in Qingkailing Effervescent Tablets by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of geniposide in Qingkailing effervescent tablets. METHODS: HPLC was adopted. The separation was performed on Agilent C18( 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water (11:89) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 238 mn. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS: The linear range of geniposide was 0.030 12-0.903 60 μg(r=0.999 9) With an average recovery of 97.02％ (RSD=1.0％ ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and well-separated for the quality control of Qingkailing effervescent tables.关键词
