不同促渗剂对马钱子碱贴剂体外透皮吸收的影响
Effect of Different Penetration Enhancers on Transdermal Permeation of Brucine Patch in Vitro

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of different penetration enhancers on transdermal permeation of brucine patch in vitro. METHODS: Brucine patch was prepared with different concentration and type of penetration enhancers. Using modified Franz diffusion cell and excised male rat skin as model, the concentration of brucine was determined by HPLC. Accumulative permeation quantity and velocity constant of brucine were fitted. RESULTS: 3% azone was used to prepare brucine patch which was characterized with sound accumulative permeation velocity and permeation quantity. 3% azone combined with 3% menthol promoted the transdermal permeation of brucine patch, while 3% azone alone was the best. CONCLUSION: Brucine patch prepared by 3% azone has higher transdermal rate than others, combination of 3% azone and other penetration enhancers is not good for transdermal absorption of brucine.关键词
