山茱萸总苷分散片的处方工艺研究
Preparation Process of Dispersible Tablets of Total Glycosides from Cornus officinalis

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation process of dispersible tablets of total glycosides from Cornus officinalis.METHODS: The preparation process of dispersible tablets of total glycosides from C.officinalis was optimized using disperse homogeneity and hardness as index, and the dissolution rates of morroniside and loganin were determined.RESULTS: The optimal preparation process was as follows: extract: starch: microcrystalline cellulose was equal to 1∶ 1∶0.4; adding into 4％ PVPP and 0.2％ magnesium stearate; the disintegration time of tablets was less than 3 min; the hardness was 40-60 N.The average dissolution rate of morroniside and loganin was 111.65％ and 101.81％ at 45 min respectively.CONCLUSION: The process is simple and economical.Prepared tablet is collapsed rapidly and dissolved fast.关键词
