7种松柏科植物中莽草酸的含量测定
Content Determination of Shikimic Acid in 7 Kinds of Coniferous Plants

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of shikimic acid from coniferous plants, and to confirm the best raw material for shikimic acid and collecting season. METHODS: Shikimic acid from needles and branches of 7 kinds of coniferous plants was determinated by HPLC. Diamonsil C18( 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphorus solution-methanol (90:10),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelengh was set at 217 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of shikimic acid was 4~40 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 97.9% (RSD=1.43%, n=9). The highest contents of shikimic acid in needles and branches from coniferous plants both collected from Cedrus deodara were 3.93% and 1.66% respectively. The content of shikimic acid from pine needles of C. deodara in May was the highest 4.11%. CONCLUSION: The method is convenient, accurate and reliable for content determination of shikimic acid. The pine needles of C. deodara can be used as raw material of shikimic acid and April to June is the best collecting season.关键词
