摘要
Abstract
Fat liquor was synthesized through esterification and sulfurication by palm oil as raw material.Through orthogonal test analysis, the optimum reaction conditions of esterification were that the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 3∶1, mass of catalyst was 0.5 percent of palm oil, reaction temperature was 65 ℃ and reaction time was 1 h.The optimum reaction conditions of sulfurication were as following: mass of sulfuric acid to modified palm oil 25 %, reaction temperature 25 ~ 30 ℃, reaction time 5 h.Fat liquor agent obtained was the brown mobile liquid and its emulsion was steady, had no stratification and floating oil in 24 h.关键词
