Abstract
As the useful signal for power line communication (PLC) is usually affected by the noise to some extent, a scheme of wavelet threshold de-noising method associated with translation invariant wavelet is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the power line signals with noises are wavelet decomposed. Then, the wavelet signals are treated by translation invariant wavelet and improved wavelet threshold de-noising method. Lastly, the PLC signals are reconstructed. Take on-site original signals for example, the waveforms and bit error rate (BER) are acquired. The research has concluded that the improved scheme proposed by this paper archives reasonable de-noising with high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Analysis and comparison results show that the scheme has more advantages in de-noise and BER effects compared with the existed methods.关键词
