Content Determination of Hyperin in Effective Part of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a determination method of hyperin in effective part of Jinxuan zhike xunxi san, and to provide reference standards for improving the quality standard of Chinese herbal compound preparation. METHODS: The content of hyperin was determined by HPLC. Venusil XBP C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm)column was used and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.2％ phosphatic acid (18:82) with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1and column temperature at 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of hyperin was 0.043 6～0.436 0 μg(r=0.999 5) with an average recovery of 98.36％ (RSD=0.79％ ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, reliable and can provide reference standard for improving the quality standards of Jinxuan zhike xunxi san.关键词
