专科药学教育工学结合及"订单式"教育模式的设想与探究
Conception and Study of Education Mode of Work-study Combination and Order-orientation of College Level Pharmacy Education
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore education mode of work-study combination and order-orientation. METHODS: Social requirement and the employment of students were taken as orientation, and work-study combination as professional training target.The professional teaching program was formulated and the course system of combination of theory and practice was established to cultivate technical application skills of students. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The graduates receive the high praise from employer, and the employment rate of graduates that year were more than 99％ after the reformation of curriculum system. The education mode is an effective way to pharmacy education development.关键词
