Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions of combination therapy for advanced metastatic bone pain.METHODS: A total of 78 patients with metastatic bone cancer admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (38 cases) and treatment group (40 cases).Radiotherapy (DT 30 GY, ten times) was adopted in control group,while Compound matrine injection (20 mL, once a day, ten times) was used in treatment group on the basis of radiotherapy.The odynolysis efficiency, KPS and adverse drug reaction were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the odynolysis efficiency of treatment group was obviously increased, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P＜0.01); the KPS of treatment group was higher than control group, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P＜0.01).No serious adverse drug reaction was found between 2 groups.CONCLUSION: Compound matrine injection and radiotherapy has obvious cooperative effect in the treatment of advanced metastatic pain, which improve the KPS score of patient significantly.关键词
