Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of anisodamine in the treatment of asthma, and to study the effect of it on the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in order to provide guidance for clinical work. METHODS: 178 patients with asthma were randomly divided into observation group (102 group) and control group (76 cases). Both groups were given routine treatment, and observation group was additionally given anisodamine. The changes of TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. RESULTS: Clinical efficacy of observation group was superior to that of control group significantly. The expression of TNF-α and IL-6 were obviously decreased in both groups after treatment. The decrease of expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in observation group was significantly higher than in control group. CONCLUSION: Additional therapy of anisodamine have improved obvious effective rate and have regulated the expressions of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum.关键词
