Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish method for the simultaneous determination of danshensu, ferulic acid and puerarin in Tongmai granules.METHODS: Samples were determined by RP-HPLC on Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with acetonitrile-1％ acetic acid as mobile phase (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS: The linear ranges were 2.95～29.5 μg·mL-1 for danshensu (r=0.999 9), 1.288～16.10 μg·mL-1 for ferulic acid (r=0.999 9) and 5.26～52.6 μg·mL-1 for puerarin (r=0.999 7).The average recoveries(n=6) were 99.92％ (RSD=1.53％), 100.0％ (RSD=2.74％) and 99.05％ (RSD=l.46％) respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Tongmai granules.关键词
