Content Determination of Rhodioloside and Tryosoi in Compound Rhodiola Buccal Tablets by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of rhodioloside and tryosol in Compound rhodiola buccal tablets. METHODS: The content of rhodioloside and tryosol were deteminationed by HPLC. A Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water (8.5: 91.5) . The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of rhodioloside was 0.642～5.136 μg(r=0.999 7) with an mean recovery of 100.29％ (RSD=l.69％, n=9). The linear range of tryosol was 3.600～36.00 μg(r=0.999 1) with an mean recovery of 99.46％ (RSD =2.25 ％, n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and reproducible for the quality control of Compound rhodiola buccal tablets.关键词
