Identification of Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection by X-ray Diffraction
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To develop an identification and analysis method of Ceftriaxone sodium for injection. METHODS: Using the method of X-ray diffraction, Ceftriaxone sodium for injection from seven manufacturers were determined to obtain X-ray diffraction, compared with cefatriaxone and standard chromatograms. RESULTS: The X-ray diffraction pattern of Ceftriaxone sodium for injection was in line with chromatograms of reference substance. The characteristic peak of ceftriaxone sodium can de detected. CONCLUSION:The X-ray diffraction method is simple, accurate and suitable for the identification of Ceftriaxone sodium for injection.关键词
