摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors affecting freeway speed limit and establishes a variable speed limit model. The model takes several factors into account including traffic volume, road alignment, visibility, surface friction coefficient, etc. The proposed approach can overcome the limitation of static speed limits.关键词
