社区成年女性尿失禁知晓率影响因素调查分析
An investigation and analysis of awareness rate to urinary incontinence among community women and influencing factors

Abstract
Objectives To investigate awareness rate to urinary incontinence(UI) among community women and influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating health policies. Methods Multiple stage stratified systematic sampling method was used to select community adult women in 48 study villages/residents' committes in 6 districts/counties of Beijing. 3 058 community women participated in the study and completed the questionnaire. The face to face investigation was conducted by the trained staff. Data were analyzed by using software SPSS 16.0. Results 1 872 of 3 058 participants reported that they had heard of UI, and the awareness rate of UI was 61.2％.Multi-factorial logistic regression analysis showed that age, educational level and average family income were associated with awareness rate in the women to UI. The awareness rate in those younger, well-educated women and those with higher average family income was higher.No correlations between UI awareness rate and present disease of UI were found in this study. Conclusion UI knowing rate is low among community women, health education and community intervention are expected to be conducted by health authority.关键词
