TCT联合阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的应用价值

Abstract
Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of ThinPrep cytologic test (T CT) combined with colposcopy for cervical lesions.Methods 2 734 women who reffered to gynecological outpatient clinic of our hospital in a period from Jan. , 2008 to Dec. , 2009 received TCT. 310 women with positive TCT results then received colposcopy and cervical biopsy. The coincidence rate of diagnosis between TCT and TCT combined with colposcopy was observed. Results Among 2 734 women, 310 women had abnormal TCT result (11.34％). The detectable rates of TCT and TCT combined with colposcopy for high squamous intracervical lesion (HSIL) were 66.67％ and 78.95％ respectively, the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The detectable rates of TCT and TCT combined with colposcopy for low squamous intracervical lesion (LSIL) were 72.22％ and 91.67％ respectively, the difference was also statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The detectable rates of TCT and TCT combined with colposcopy for cervical cancer (CC) were 84.21％ and 94.73％ respectively, but the difference was not statistically significant. The sensitivity of TCT was 69.82％, which was higher than 83.43％ of TCT combined with colposcopy, the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion TCT is an important diagnostic method for cervical lesions.TCT combined with colposcopy can improve detectable rates of precancerous lesions and early cervical infiltrating carcinoma.关键词
