超重力烟气脱硫的实验研究
Study of Flue Gas Desulfurization in Rotating Packed Bed

Abstract
Rotating packed bed (RPB) is a novel and efficient device for the intensification of mass transfer.The desulfurization of simulated flue gas was carried out in a RPB with Na2SO3 as the absorbent. The effects of operating parameters, such as absorbent concentration, RPB rotating speed and gas liquid ratio, on sulfur dioxide removal efficiency were investigated in this study. Experimental results indicate that the sulfur dioxide removal efficiency increases rapidly with increasing absorbent concentration when the absorbent concentration is lower than 0.2 mol·L-1, but increases slowly when the absorbent concentration is higher than 0.2 mol·L-1. The sulfur dioxide removal efficiency increases rapidly with increasing RPB rotating speed when the rotating speed is lower than 600 r.min-1, but increases slowly when the rotating speed is higher than 600 r·min-1; sulfur dioxide removal efficiency decreases with the increase of gas liquid ratio. Sulfur dioxide removal efficiency can exceed 90% when absorbent concentration, concentration of SO2 in simulated flue gas, rotating speed and gas liquid ratio are 0.25 mol·L-1, 3420~3580 mg·m-3, 900 r·min-1 and 1140, respectively. The good desulfurization effects can be achieved in relation to the excellent performance of RPB on mass transfer intensification and the high absorption ability of sodium sulfite.关键词
