摘要

Abstract

In order to researching digestive enzyme activity, GST activity and algae control efficiency of Tilapia Oreoehromis niloticus × O.aureus, put the Tilapia in eutrophic, mesotrephy and pool nutrient water. The values of digestive enzyme activity in eutrophic water are lowest, protease activities of stomach and intestine in eutrophic water are significantly lower than those in mesotrophy and pool nutrient water(p<0.05). There is no significant differences in amylase activity of stomach and intestine in three nutritional level water(p > 0.05). GST activity values in eutrophic, mesotrophy and pool nutrient water are respectively 2.02, 1.5 and 1.13, and there is significant differences between each other( p < 0.05). The Tilapia has a high algae control efficiency. The algae concentrations of eutrophic,mesotrophy and pool nutrient water without Tilapia are up to 949.4, 964.2 and 1275.3 million cells/L, the algae concentrations of eutrophic, mesotrophy and pool nutrient water with Tilapia are down to 82.8, 83.6 and 81.5 million cells/L.
