常压混合碱液条件下ZnO单晶生长习性的研究
Investigations on the Growth Habit of ZnO Single Crystals in the Molten Hydrous Alkali Solutions
摘要
Abstract
Colorless ZnO single crystals with various hexagonal shapes had been obtained in the molten hydrous NaOH and LiOH solutions.The XRD results indicated that the as-grown crystals were wurtzite ZnO structure.Based on the investigations of the growth conditions.The results showed that the molar ratio between NaOH and LiOH as well as the ZnO dosage have evidently effect on the shapes of ZnO asgrown crystals.The optimal condition for growing ZnO single crystals is that the molar ratio of NaOH and LiOH and the ZnO molar fraction are 10:1 and 0.077, respectively.关键词
