摘要

Abstract

The genetic diversity of 83 accessions including 79 of Solanum melongena and relate species (S. integrifolium and S. macaonense ) were revealed by SSR markers.. Fifteen of the 23 SSR primers were employed and showed polymorphism and stability. Total 148 alleles were screened, the number of alleles per primer ranged from 3 to 19 with an average of 9.8. Maximum Jaccard's similarity value of 83 accessions was 0. 989 (between S. melongena and S. melongena), minimum was 0. 232 (between S. melongena and S. integrifolium), the average was 0.763. The average similarity of 79 eggplant cultivars (S. melongena and S. insanum) was 0. 832,which indicated that their genetic relationship were very close. Phenetic tree were constructed using Jaccard's coefficient and UPGMA, the analysis of cluster suggested that 83 accessions could be divided in to four groups, and the classification of accessions was not associated with their geological distribution. The results indicated that the SSR marker is both an efficient and effective tool for determining genetic relationships among species of Solanum.
