水热条件对合成WO3纳米棒形貌和光吸收特性的影响
Influence of Hydrothermal Condition on the Optical Absorption Properties and Morphologies of WO3 Nanorods

Abstract
WO3 nanorods were synthesized by hydrothernal method using sodium tungstate as raw material and potassium sulphate as assistant in strong acid system. The products were characterized by XRD,SEM, TEM and SAED and the effect of hydrothermal condition on the optical absorption properties and morphologies of products were studied. The result indicate that as the pH value, the reaction temperature and the reaction time increasing, WO3 nanorods could obtain easily by the hydrothernal condition. WO3 nanorods of less than 100 nm in the diameter were synthesized at 240 ℃ for 72 h with pH = 1.5 by the hydrothernal condition. The crystal WO3 nanorods is homogeneous in the diameter. The optical absorption preoperties of the samples were characterized by UV-VIS. As the pH value, the reaction time and the reaction temperature increasing, the optical absorption of synthesized WO3 enhance gradually.关键词
