摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the status of intravertebral anesthesia applied in delivery analgesia.Method Investigate on status and influencing factors of intravertebral anesthesia applied in delivery analgesia in obstetrical department of 62 hospitals by self-designed questionnaire.Result Only 39 hospitals apply intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia Rates of intravertebral anesthesia are less than 1％ in 16 hospitals.For another 17 hospitals, the rates vary from 1％ to 20％.6 hospitals have rates higher than 20％.Application of intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia is related to annual amount of delivery, mode of analgesia management, staffing in anaesthetist and accoucheuse, service duration of analgesia.Conclusion The status of carrying out intravertebral anesthesia in delivery analgesia is poor.关键词
