涎腺腺样囊性癌COX-2表达与肿瘤血管生成的研究
Study of COX-2 expression and angiogenesis in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationships between Cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression and angiogenesis in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC). Method: The COX-2 expression, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression,microvessel density (MVD) were evalulated by immunohistochemical method. Result: The expressions of COX-2 and iNOS, VEGF in SACC were significantly positively correlated (P ＜0.05, P ＜0.01) .There was significant difference of MVD between COX-2 positive SACC and negative ones (P ＜0.05). Conclusion:The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX-2 and angiogenesis in SACC, partly attributing to the effect of VEGF and iNOS.关键词
