摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of two-phase treatment of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusions with Twin block appliance combined with MBT appliance. Method: Sixteen Class Ⅱ division 1 patients with mandibular deficiency were treated with two-phase protocol (Twin block appliance in the first phase, MBT appliance in the second phase). Clinical effects were evaluated by cephalometric analysis methods. Result: The appearance and profile were improved. The angle ANB, SNA, Go-Gn, L1-MP, ANS-Me were increased significanfiy. Conclusion: Two-phase treatment was effective on improvement of anterior ovejet and molar relationship in Class Ⅱ division 1 patients.关键词
