低聚木糖对仔猪生产性能和肠道微生物影响的研究

Abstract
The experiment was conducted to assess the effects of Xylo - oligosaccharides (XOS) on growth performance and Intestinal Microflora in piglets. A total of 300, 28 -day- old post -weanling pigs were randomly assigned to one of 5 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 10 piglets each. Treatments included: 1 ) basal diet (BD,control); 2) BD +50 mg/kg XOS; 3) BD + 100 mg/kg XOS; 4) BD + 150 mg/kg XOS; 5) BD +200 mg/kg XOS. Results showed that all the piglets had the similar ADG, ADFI and F/G( P ＞ O.05) contrast to the control group. XOS improved Lactobacillus and had no effect ( p ＞ 0.05 ) on Salmonella (Sa) Coli bacillus (Cs), Bacillus(Bs), but changed(p＜0.05) Ls/Sa, Ls/Cs greatly. In conclusion, piglets supplemented with XOS tended to have lower F/G, greater ADFI and improved Intestinal Microflora.关键词
