氮、磷、钾肥对高粱籽粒淀粉含量的影响
Effects of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium fertilizers on Starch Content in Sorghum Kernels
摘要
Abstract
The randomized block design was used to research the relations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers with the starch content of sorghum kernels. The results showed that the appropriate nitrogen application could significantly increase the contents of total starch and amylopectin of sorghum kernels, but reduce the content of amylose. The application of phosphorus fertilizer was favorable for increasing the contents of amylopectin and total starch, but not for the accumulation of amylose. The application of potassium fertilizer had significantly negative influence on the accumulation of total starch and amylopectin, but had positive effect on the amylose.关键词
