Study on Service Industry Classification for Quality Assessment
摘要
Abstract
There is some disagreement about the classification of service industry and the service attribute.The academe has no uniform dimensionalities of service quality assessment. In practice, it's improper and difficult to assessment service quality with the same dimensionalities because of the variety and difference of service, so it's necessary to give the renewed classification of the service industry. This paper classifies the service industry into six categories by consume attribute and the importance of the customer perceptiveness;also brings forward the evaluation emphases for every category.关键词
