Effects of the bed material on biomass gasification in fluidized bed gasifier
摘要
Abstract
The performance of rice husks gasification in a 750 kW fluidied bed gasifier with quartz sand as the bed material was compared to that without bed material.The effects of the bed material on the biomass gasification in fluidized bed was studied.The results showed that:with quartz sand as the bed material, The fluidizing characteristics of biomass was improved; The temperature in the gasifier became uniform, the low gas heat value of the producer gas is increased from 4 912 kJ/m3 to 5 115 kJ/m3, the carbon conversion rate is increased from 81％ to 86％, and the gasification efficiency is increased from 62％ to 65％.关键词
