石羊坂村沼气服务体系调查及创新探索
Research and innovative exploration on biogas service system of Shiyangban village
摘要
Abstract
Based on the quaternity of ecological agriculture mode, this paper investigated the biogas service system of Shiyangban village in Jinzhong county, Shanxi Province.According to the difficulties the farmers meet in biogas using process, we found out the exist problems of the current biogas service system.The intensive analysis demonstrates that, the improper excitation of the stakeholders in the biogas service system brought on the embarrassed statement, that is, the current biogas service system only got the framework instead of substantial contents.This paper proposed the quaternity biogas service system and raised two modes, that is, "biogas service company regulated by government" and "agricultural stations with biogas tickets".By combining the forces of government and market, we provide effective advices to the rural biogas service system on the improvement of excitation system.关键词
