羧甲基壳聚糖基水溶性高分子紫外线吸收剂的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of carboxymethyl chitosan based water soluble ultraviolet absorbers

Abstract
An intermediate, 2 - hydroxy - 4 - chloroacetate - benzophenone (HCBP) was synthesized by 2,4- dihydroxy- benzophenone (UV -O) and chloroacetyl chloride as starting materials. Then a series of carboxymethyl chitosan based water soluble ultraviolet absorbers (CMC - g - HCBP) were synthesized by grafting reaction of HCBP on carboxymethyl chitosan in isopropanol with the presence of sodium hydroxide. The structures of the intermediate (HCBP) and grafted products (CMC - g - HCBP) were characterized by IR,UV,XRD and 1HNMR. The results of ultraviolet absorption showed that anyone of the grafted products has a strong ultraviolet absorption capacity ranging from 240 ~400 nm,while the maximum absorption peak presents at 332 nm. The photostability test indicated that the grafted products have good stability.关键词
