EFFECTS OF NO3- STRESS ON PHOTOSYNTHESIS CHARACTERISTIC OF GRAFTED SEEDLINGS

Abstract
With ' Xintaimici' and ' tieli F1 ' as the materials, the influences on growth, gas exchang parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between grafted and self- root cucumber seedling under NO3- stress were studied, and the possible mitigative effect of NO3- stress on grafting were discussed.The results showed that NO3- stress had significant inhibitory effect on cucumber seedling growth, decreased the leaf net photosynthetic and electron transport rate, inhibited the photosynthesis.Under salt sytess, all indexes of YJ were significantly higher than ZJ and CK , with the lowest inhibitory degree and maintained higher level.The results show that the grafting can greatly improve the photosynthetic performance of cucumber seedlings, which could alleviate the damaged degree, enhance the salt- tolerance ability.关键词
