Construction of a stable composite microbial system of a group of cellulose-degrading bacteria under constant temperature and its functionalities
摘要
Abstract
We obtained 23 strains of cellulose-degrading bacteria with rapid growth, big transparent ring and stable performance, which were isolated and screened from natural decay residues.We then acquired a stable composite microbial system of cellulose-degrading bacteria under constant temperature constituted by 14 effective and stable cellulose-degrading bacteria through determination of cellulose-degrading rate and back-screening.This system has 40.7% stable wheat-straw degrading rate in 96 hours under constant temperature.关键词
