The Research Progress of Actinomycin

摘要
Abstract
Actinomycins are chromopeptide lactone antibiotics including various species produced by a number of strains of Streptomyces and some strains of Micromonospora. It was found that several types of actinomycins exhibitred the antibacterial , antiviral and antineoplastic activities. Moreover, the researches on actinomycin D were the most extensively,and it is often used as an anti-cancer drug in clinical treatment. This paper reviewed the current research progress of Actinomycins and provide some reference for future researches on the actinomycins.关键词
