Color reaction of sodium cytidine triphosphate-ethyl violet system and its analytical application
摘要
Abstract
In pH 6.3 BR buffer medium, ethyl violet reacts with Sodium Cytidine Triphosphate to form ionassociation complex.The maximum matting wavelength locats at 594 nm.The matting intensity is proportional to the concentration of Sodium Cytidine Triphosphate.The concentration of Sodium Cytidine Triphosphate in the range of 0.13 × 10-6 ～5.0 × 10-6 g/mL obeys Beer's Law.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the molar absorptivities are 1.8× 104 L/(molcm).the detection limit is 0.038 μg/mL.The method had high sensitivity and low detection limit,and had been applied to the determination of Sodium Cytidine Triphosphate in samples with satisfactory results.关键词
