基于PLC和触摸屏技术的针梳机控制系统
Research on the Control System of Gill Box Based on PLC and Touch Screen Technique

Abstract
B423 gill box and its attached autoleveller system are purely mechanical devices with lower intelligent, precision and efficiency. Aiming at these shortcomings, the paper put forward the control system based on PLC and touch screen. The PLC is the core of the system, which stored, computed and transmission the real-time data collected with sensor foon gill box to control the whole machine running. At the same time to communicate with the touch screen, the machine operating data is display in the form of a dynamic map, and accept the given parameters to control the implementation of the component to realize the operators and the gill of “man-machine dialogue” function. Through debugging on the B3423, the system is simple with high intelligence, improved product quality and efficiency. [Ch,5 fig. 2 tab. 12 ref. ]关键词
